Account & Data Deletion

You're in control of your data. Choose whichever path below is easiest for you — both lead to the same result.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account

This is the fastest way to remove your account — no waiting on a reply.

Email support@turtlify.app from the same address your Turtlify account is registered with, and let us know you'd like your account deleted.

We use the sending address to confirm it's really you — requests from a different email can't be verified.

We process most deletion requests quickly and will email you once it's done. In some cases it can take up to 90 days — we appreciate your patience, and we'll keep you posted.

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete your profile and the personal details tied to it, such as your name, email, and phone number.

Some records — like chat history, activity logs, or transaction records — may be kept in an anonymized form, with all identifying details removed so they can no longer be linked back to you. We use this only for things like security, fraud prevention, and improving the app, and never to reach or re-identify you.

Anything we're required to keep for legal or regulatory reasons is retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
